The warranty conditions are different depending on the type of product. The spare parts are covered by a warranty of three months from the issue date of the invoice, however the finished canned products and accessories are covered by a 12 month warranty.
The deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear, defects caused by tampering, carelessness, incompetence in the assembly, are not eligible to benefit from the guarantee. The products such as displays, touch screens and flat lose your warranty when they are mounted, for this reason we invite customers to test the functionality of the product, where possible, during its assembly, but especially before the close of the phone, and not to immediately remove the original protective film. Replacements without original protective film lose the guarantee. The product after the installation is subject to bumps and accidental falls, as the mobile phone which is an integral part, for this reason the possible malfunction of the parts next to its use, is not covered by warranty.
